Admission Procedure

1. Admissions are based on merit and seat availability.
2. The admission process is genuine and valid.
3. Students must come from a government-recognized school.
4. A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previous school must be signed by the Head and stamped by the school.
5. Students turning six years old by May 31st can be admitted to Standard I. Appropriate age criteria apply for other classes.
6. For Nursery to Standard I admission, a birth certificate from the Municipality, Tehsildar, B.D.O., or Sarpanch is required. Court affidavits are not accepted.
7. Students from outside Gujarat must get their T.C. countersigned by the relevant education officer with an official stamp.
8. No recommendations or external influence will be entertained.
9. The Principal has the final authority on admissions.

• Withdrawals are generally allowed only for valid reasons.
• A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) or School Leaving Certificate (L.C.) will be issued only after clearing all dues and returning school materials.
• The details in the T.C./L.C. will be recorded as per official guidelines and cannot be changed based on parental requests.

The school reserves the right to remove a student for the following reasons:

1. Frequent absenteeism.
2. Disciplinary violations.
3. Non-payment of fees.
4. Failure to submit the required T.C. or birth certificate.
5. Serious moral misconduct.
6. Poor academic performance.
