Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is essential for a student’s academic success and overall development. At Upasana Lions English Medium School, we expect every student to attend school punctually and regularly to maintain consistent learning progress.

• Students must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance in each term to be eligible to appear for examinations and participate in school activities.
• In case of absence due to illness or emergencies, parents are required to inform the school in writing or through a leave application.
• Prior permission must be obtained for planned absences or family events.
• Repeated or unexplained absences may lead to disciplinary action or affect promotion to the next class.
• Attendance on national festivals, school functions, and examinations is compulsory for all students.
