The Upasana Lions English Medium School has well-equipped library with over 10,000 books, including encyclopedias, atlases, dictionaries, and teaching-learning aids.

• Reference books such as dictionaries, encyclopaedias, year books, atlases, volume books, newspapers, magazines, and journals must be read only within the library.
• Loitering or eating in the library is strictly prohibited.
• Noise disturbance or unruly behavior is forbidden in the library.
• Library books will be issued only for a period of 15 days.
• Books must be returned on or before the due date; otherwise, a fine of ₹5 per day will be charged.
• Students must follow the library schedule for issuing and submitting books.
• Textbooks will not be issued for a long duration.
• A library card is mandatory for issuing books.
• Library books should be kept neat and clean.
• Issued book(s) must not be lent to others.
• In case of mishandling, damage, or loss of a book, it must be replaced with a new copy or the original cost of the book must be paid along with a 10% penalty.
• Library fines must be dropped in the library fine box only.
• Fine for lost books must be paid in the library by the borrower, and a receipt must be obtained.
• A charge of ₹30 will be applied for the loss of a reader’s card.
• Library materials must not be taken out of the library unless permitted by the authorities.
